I find it perfect for doing cardio and body weight workouts in my garage.I wouldn’t recommend it for under equipment, it’s too soft and I can see it’ll pinch and tear fairly easily. The brand I have from Dicks Sporting goods works best under my bench and squat rack- but as I said this is perfect for what I need or for.
