Poor quality, mostly plastic with duplicates of rarely used bits. I bought this because it doesn't feel like cheap plastic that just falls apart on first use. I was wrong. The extension shaft has irregularly shaped recesses. You want to be able to pull freely but hold the pressure, not the other way around. That alone makes this one useless. Combined with the fact that these bits are not true to size, you have to press hard on the screw in hopes the bit doesn't pop out. I don't know what those extra cheap plastic parts are, but more crappy stuff was stuffed into the package. If I wanted a fridge magnet to hold a coupon I would just buy one. Again, cheap fakes are disappointing.
