Age: 65, Height: 5'8, 150lbs, My bra size: 36D, Training: Weightlifting and walking. I ordered a large but switched to X-Large. The XL size fits much better, it covers the bust better due to my bra size and I'm tall. I removed the soft cups and it looks more natural without them. As I am tall the adjustable straps are nice but they are decorative so if you need to raise them these straps will not fit. The bra's elastic strap is 1 1/2 inches wide, which is very comfortable. Excellent fabric quality. The fabric is supportive too, despite being an XL size.
