Mixed Feelings - Splintered some nails
I have 4 cats. They are all super-chill with nail trimming. Pros: comfortable to hold, easy to trim even with thicker nails, angle to metal section makes it easier to snipCon: it splintered several of my cats nails - 4 times, so 25% of the time. My previous trimmers never had this issue. I am not sure if this is "operator error" or design.Will wait 2 wks to next trim and see if it repeats. Splitting nails is a deal-breaker here.
- Easy to use and hold. I love it and my cat hates it. Over all it works out.
- Not suitable for pets with thick or tough nails
