I was thrilled when I first got this product but there are a few things to consider before you spend any money: This device "eats" caller ID number and does not send it to you phone. If you rely on caller ID, this device will "block" you. Second, after about 5 months of use, this device suddenly blocks ALL CALLS. I'm not sure what happened, but all calls are blocked. I tried factory resetting it and it still blocks all calls. I called their tech support and we tried all possible configurations and a second reset but it still blocks all calls. They promised to send me another device but the replacement never came. Now they don't answer my calls. BUYER, be careful.
