Just buy it! Great binoculars, especially for the price. I live next to a lake and near a military base so we see a lot of wildlife and sometimes we see helicopters or planes flying around and it's really nice to get a better view. There is very little glare when looking out over the lake, especially on a nice sunny day. The controls are very simple and the vision is crystal clear. It was also easy to align the views to get a plain/standard view (I don't see 2 separate images as someone commented). My only request with this pair is that a collar be attached. I've followed the other reviewers' pictures on how to apply it properly and it's holding up well, but it was a bit difficult at first. It's holding tight enough for my kids to walk in and it hasn't loosened or fallen off at all.
