Well made, big for babies, suitable for toddlers

Definitely more of a toddler than baby hat. It falls off my 6 month old daughter at the smallest size and she has 88% forehead. Fits my son who is two years old so it's definitely more for toddlers. At the same time, it seems well made, it just sells to the wrong audience.

I used it for a hat. The size was good

Cons

The material must not be soft and uncomfortable for the child.
