New clocks CANNOT show the time!

I bought this watch mainly because I liked it. The reviews said it was a very good watch. I figured that since it's brand new it would keep time well. IT DID NOT HAPPEN! It was five minutes within 4 hours of the reset. i got it right I even left it on the table thinking it might help him tell the correct time. IT DID NOT HAPPEN! I tried it for a week only to get the same result. Incorrect time in hours. If you want something nice to look at, then do it. If you want to tell the time correctly, forget it.
