All wires were connected incorrectly

They didn't work so I used a multimeter to debug them. I was shocked to find that the cables were connected incorrectly. All of them. They're not even mis-coordinated connected. To make matters worse, it's not even wrong between two plugs on the same wire! It's like they crimped the wires together and guessed where each wire was supposed to go on the other end. It's just haphazardly wrong. I recommend avoiding this.
