This tent is amazingly easy to install. No dealing with poles or wires, it just unfolds out of the bag, you push down on the top until it clicks into place, and you're done! Then you can attach the canopy which is securely velcro'd to the bars at the top. It's also very easy to take down, but sturdy so it won't come down unless an adult is actually putting pressure on the bars at the top. My baby LOVED being inside it - and both me and my husband fit inside with her comfortably. It was like a cozy fort for us! We like to have it open inside and plan to take it on outdoors trips as well. I only which there was an inflatable mattress that fit inside so the floor could be more cushioned. It is enough cushion on carpet and grass, but not on cement or hardwood floors. Also this would make it possible to wash the removable mattress, while the floor it currently has is not removable or washable. I would recommend buying a waterproof tarp to go inside if you have a young child or baby who may dirty the floor. Overall, I highly recommend this awesome play tent!
