As the title suggests, all members of my family have noticed a change in air quality in a very short period of time. We also bought one for our basement. It has a history of a musty smell. Once again, the air quality has changed incredibly in a short period of time. The musty smell is completely gone. While some would prefer something more aesthetic, we would prefer something that would noticeably transform the air in our home. I highly recommend this product.
