The support team at trustarc are very knowledgeable about our needs as they have been supporting us since day one! They also understand what we need to do in order keep up security standards without being too burdensome or costly - which was so important when I had only 1 person working there who could be trusted not just by me but all my colleagues across Europe (and beyond). We were able use it from anywhere via an internet connection no matter where you work within your organisation/country etc., this made things easier than having someone physically present next door every time something needed doing. It's great knowing everything has happened before hand rather then finding out after hours during investigations into breaches / hacks happening elsewhere around EU countries e.g UK GDPR 2018 data breach affecting millions more people worldwide including myself & family members living overseas compared other organisations such as Facebook whose.
