When I tried this product for the first time, I was a bit surprised at first. This worried me, but then I realized these were just hidden pimples under the skin coming out. In this case, do not worry (but at the same time, all skins are different). I've been using it for less than a month but I'm already seeing a difference in the condition of my skin. Putting a cleanser on your face may feel like it stings a bit, but that's how you know it's working. The feeling may be stinging, but it's like that relaxing sting as you feel it work on your pores. I also apply this cleanser to other areas where I have acne but of course be careful where you apply it. I would definitely recommend this product if you have redness/bumps on your face, chest etc. The smell of this product is not bad either. It's mintier.
