Doesn't keep the coffee hot
Personally, I'm not interested in this product. I can just pour my cup of coffee and keep it warm on high heat and it doesn't get cold even after 5 minutes. I've also used flat coffee mugs so I have to cover the bottom of the mug completely and haven't had any luck with any of my mugs.
