I needed my Dell monitor to be more eye level as most modern monitors don't have height adjustment unless you upgrade to more expensive models. Eye level is what is ergonomically correct. Many of the monitor stands I've tested take up too much desk space. Since I have a Dell monitor with a round base, this Kensington Spin2 was perfect. It's only slightly larger than the base of my monitor, which is perfect for it. Didn't try to adjust the height because it was right out of the box. The storage carousel at the bottom is a nice touch for tossing those little things around. Now I'm not hunched over and staring at the monitor, my back hurts.
