I really wanted it to work. I recently bought it. For some people, the audio might not be bothersome, but for me and a few other reviewers, this is really important. It has a very distinct and deep sound. I couldn't use it for more than a few minutes as it was very distracting. A real shame. i will return it 5 stars for the cooling performance. 5 stars for ergonomics. 1 star for noise level.
