update I have ordered another 6ft roll to complete the order. I am angry. The roll was rolled TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, my cutter won't pull it in properly. It keeps bending and bunching up, ruining the vinyl. I try to avoid using a mat because if this decal is long it will have to be cut off the roll which doesn't seem possible because they rolled it so tight! Anyone who sells vinyl should know that the tighter you roll it, the harder it is for your customers to flatten and use it! I should NEVER get that tight! The other reel was on a MASSIVE pipe so I had no problems, this one SHIT! I haven't even cut it yet, I'm having an issue with my cutter not recognizing my automatic blade but it's loaded. I pulled it out and there are dents on the vinyl. I cut this off the roll, not a mat so why does it have dimples? I never had a 651 to make it and now I'm afraid to give it to my client once it's cut.
