Not sure if it's the battery or the battery charging cable but when I connect the charger the green light comes on as it should. But I've never seen green and red indicate it's charging, or green and yellow when fully charged. I let the battery charge for 5 hours: the drill didn't work. I switched outlets and left it on for another 5 hours. Still nothing. The battery never showed any sign of being charged or fully charged. After it was attached to a drill press, there was no sign that it worked. Pressing the button on the bottom of the battery to view the battery level does nothing. There is no light at all. So either the battery, the cord used to charge the battery, or maybe the drill itself (or all three?) is defective. how will we do it Would you like to send me a new battery and charger? Should I return the whole package? Please advise.
