I really want to write a meaningful review. I've been shopping for a long time trying to find the perfect everyday bag that also converts into a backpack when I need my hands free - grocery store, frame market, etc. Based on the reviews already posted, I had a difficult time knowing the size of the to understand bag. So I included photos of what I'm wearing and then a photo of everything to show how it fits. Everything fits, but the placement of the items in the bag is important. I had to strategically place them there so they all fit in and I could close the bag without bulging. That's okay - there's a place for everything, but for it to work, everything has to be in its proper place in the pocket puzzle. No place for addons, but this works for me. I think that's the motivation for not having extra junk in your pocket! I also wanted to talk about the packaging. There was a lot of plastic around all the straps and fittings. Not bad at all for protecting it, but it was a little frustrating to unpack my new bag. Finally, and it was a shame, there was a sticker on the front and when I removed it, it detached from the leather trim. I've also attached a closeup photo of it. Ultimately I wouldn't return it for that as I believe it will end up with dents and scratches from use anyway. But it sucked that it happened before I even used it. Be very careful when removing the sticker. I just ripped it off by accident and should have been more careful. Here is my review. I hope this is helpful
