Terrible. Does not fit and cannot be returned / REVISION INCLUDED

Socks don't fit... I don't understand why they are non-returnable... They don't even cut like normal socks... Can someone explain to me what's going on? And why can't they be returned? / It turned out I wasn't allowed to return them but they refunded the price I had spent. So I'm not sure who these socks will fit, but I'll give them and let them find out who gets them! Thank you!
