I bought this necklace for myself to wear on a chain to show my pride in my autistic grandson who I am very proud of and love dearly . This amulet is so small it's hard to tell what it is unless you get close, and the chain is terribly thin. It's unfortunate and sad, but the fact of the matter is that pendants or amulets are extremely small when it comes to wearing something associated with raising awareness. You can find any other pendant or charm to wear on your chain and they are much larger. I have bought many necklaces and pendants. I don't know why these companies aren't doing the same to raise awareness.
