Review on πŸ”‡ Enhanced Vibration Isolation Pads for Washing Machines and Dryers - Silent Feet Twin Pack by Dale Mankad

Product didn't work for me

We converted the downstairs bedroom of my home into a large laundry room. This room was directly above my son's basement and I was disturbed by the sound of the washing machine on the tiled floor. I bought them before the room was ready, hoping the machine would run smoothly. Unfortunately, I didn't take into account that I have a top-loading machine with a rear-hinged lid. The extra height of the silent feet prevented my washing machine lid from opening fully. I sanded the bottom of the cabinets, but I still got my fingers caught when opening the lid. In addition, the quiet feet increased the noise when spinning because the washing machine hit the dryer next to it. Fortunately, when I removed the silent feet, which left black marks on the floor, there were no problems. The washing machine then had a gap between the lid and the fingers, my machines never moved (they didn't walk like some front loaders) and they didn't crash again unless it was a really unbalanced load. If you have a front loader that tends to move, they might be perfect for you.

Pros
  • Stops up to 94.7% of vibration and noise
Cons
  • Approximately
