These shorts are very thin and should not be worn by children. I could see my daughter's panties without even looking and the mid-thighs went so high that the back of the shorts reached down to her buttocks and didn't look right on my daughters. I bought 2 sizes, one size for my 8 year old and one size for my 6 year old and both sizes are the same. And yes I bought them in every size with shorts but these shorts are just totally unsuitable for kids. I won't let my kids wear them and I'll just throw them away. Such a waste of money. Shorts for children should not be made like this.
