I really enjoy how easy it is to use. The dashboard is very user friendly and the ability to customize the dashboards is great. The support team is also top notch! I have not found anything I dislike about this software. If you are looking for a solution to keep track of your social media posts, then this is the way to go. You will be able to see what type of content gets more engagement and which types get less engagement. This helps me understand my audience better so I can create more engaging content.
