The ideal material for repairing a ceramic angel

Failed to load media. I used PaperClay to repair the broken wing on an antique ceramic figurine. (The broken piece was missing, so I couldn't just glue it back together.) I'm very happy with the result! with strong glue. From there I lightly sanded the joint with very fine sandpaper and was able to paint the replacement wing tip to match the rest of the figure. Then I just modified it for shine. Working with PaperClay was easy for me, but I come from an artistic background.
