Review on Double Wall Borosilicate Glass Coffee Bamboo by Aquarium Lanter

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The cork fell out and water got into the outer area

Edit: About a year later the cork came out at the bottom and I can no longer push the water out from the inside. : Looks fantastic and keeps a cold drink chilled longer than is reasonably necessary to perk up the contents. I will of course update this if it breaks or loses its seal, but to be honest it seems so durable that I can't imagine it happening. Although it looks quite fragile, it has the feel and weight of a well-made item and is really just beautiful. The lid is a nice touch that prevents minor spills when you're carrying it around. Bamboo looks so pretty it also makes great coasters (not that you need them, but what else are you going to do with them when you get to your desk/table?). I use mine for cold drinks (with ice). tea) and I just stopped using ice cubes because the temperature seems to stay lower for much longer. I would say it's the equivalent of an insulated thermos mug. I have no way of measuring this, but I'm glad there is no longer a need to make tea cubes or dilute tea from plain ice cubes. I bought the version without the handle and I almost regret not having chosen this handle. because the glass has a rather large diameter. This makes it a two-handed grip or I'll have to grab it closer to the base to get a comfortable grip. I am deducting a star because mine has a very noticeable defect in the base. At first I was afraid that it was a drop of water or condensation. It's not bad enough to make me want to swap the item, but it definitely detracts from the otherwise beautiful glass.

Cons
