Well the downside is that I asked for a monogram on the scarf and wrote initials for it but the scarf came without a monogram. Instead of a monogram, they sent a second scarf. Probably not asked. The lack of a monogram (as it was a gift) was disappointing but the shawl/scarf itself is beautiful. Very soft like cashmere and the two tone color is nice. So I gave it a high rating as the quality was great along with the price although the lack of a monogram was disappointing.
