So they feel great, they're light, the fit is perfect and the finish is great, they offer great support and feel like you're walking on a cloud but not soft so you feel like you're walking through mud to go! Remember that 90% of my running sessions are on paved roads or trails. I recommend them to everyone, ASICS won't let you fall off and they last much longer than your other brand shoes. ng shot makes them even more advantageous.
