Need a step stool to help my 19 month old reach the sink. Many other chairs are 6 inches high; This one is 8 inches and the PERFECT height. It's still easy enough for her to get in and out of and allows her to get to the sink (a 6-inch wouldn't do this). It's totally non-slip, even when wet - won't slide on the bathroom floor, and my daughter's feet won't slide on it. The oval design seems safer; I'm not worried about her stepping on a corner and turning it over. The stool is also very light - my daughter carries it around the house herself to play the piano, look out the window, help mom in the kitchen etc. Bravo Ubbi! I would order another one in a heartbeat.
