Ignore the negative reviews. I am a first responder and this bag is great for traveling. I have witnessed many road accidents and could only help with my knowledge. Having this bag is a game changer. I carry gauze rolls and bandages, all manner of bandages, cold packs, ointments, burn creams, gloves, disinfectant wipes, alcohol, prep pads, CPR (face mask) items, etc. It holds up to a lot, not to mention there are more camps . in pockets. With this personal vehicle of mine, I can be prepared for anything, instead of going to my station to get an ambulance, I can go to any stage to help a patient. I highly recommend this based on first responder buy it!
