My monitor is now wall mounted and acts as a vertical bracket next to my main monitor. VERY COOL, was easy to install. I know some people have trouble detaching the monitor from the original stand, but mine just slipped out due to a little wobble. This adapter was very easy to install in a monitor stand easel. My monitor had a tiny wedge at the top that covered a screw hole to allow the adapter to screw in. I used a tiny screwdriver to remove the black wedge and the screw hole was underneath.
