PILLOWS ARE IMPORTANT. 20 years - I suffer from daily migraines caused by occipital neuralgia. .Perfect plush and perfect height.Good wide size. Supports the full width of my shoulders. This sloping arch is perfect for me, providing even support from the crown of my head to the middle of my spine. Does not pinch nerves or blood vessels as there is no displacement between shoulder and neck like standard pillows. This little extra pillow allows me to sleep comfortably on my back with my head and neck perfectly aligned. Great addition. cool .1 Con-Smell is really toxic. 7/10 The materials are apparently sprayed with strong agents against mold and pests in the warehouse. I removed the pillowcase and put a powerful fan on it for the day. I pumped up the foam a few times while the fan blew fresh air around it. It seems to resolve over time.
