Purchased on 12/1/20. I am an active overweight woman with leg swelling from congestive heart failure. I'm 5ft 6" and 253. The largest part of my lower leg is 18" and I ordered a size XL. I stretched them and stretched the tops before putting them on. The toe box is roomy so it doesn't pinch my toes and the top goes just below my knee and doesn't dig in. I have tried several other brands over the years but these have proven to be the best. I also love whimsical color patterns. I think they are of medium difficulty. I will buy 8 more packs of these.
