After I posted my review below an Effilogic representative immediately contacted me and offered to send me the real white version which arrived overnight. Absolutely excellent communication and customer service. As for the tray itself, I'm very happy with it. It's well made, excess water drains down the sink as promised, and it's a good size, the perfect dimensions (9.8" x 5.8", about 1" high) for my setup. I have one new photo attached of a real white mat. Definitely recommended. First review: I really wanted to like this. This is exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately the color is too far from white. It's more of a pale gray with a purple tint. I want pure white so will have to go back. If the manufacturer ever releases a true white product I would like to know. Will definitely buy again and check my review.
