Cheap and shabby good accessory

I was so excited to get this little thing to support my friends across the pond. Just to see he looks like he came out of the dollar store. The piece itself is shredded, flat like a pancake. Feathers are more than sad. Flapping it up to be portable is an impossible task. If there was a guide on how to bring the headgear to life, that would at least be a start. I took my money for it. Don't buy it if you care how it looks.
