I only gave it 3 stars because it doesn't come with an extra brush or tool to mix powder with black gel. The brush that came with it was only for powder, so you don't have to use the same brush for both powder and polish. There is also no instruction manual. I think it's more of an advanced tester. I say verified because it doesn't come with many products. However, if it is only used for the chrome effect, it is ideal.
