Great for a kid's bathroom
The only downside is it's covered in stickers which took about 10 minutes to remove and left a lot of sticky residue. Aggravating. My 4 and 8 year olds use them in the bathroom. I would work anywhere. It's made of durable plastic and I think I could see a 300lb guy standing on it in the kitchen, but I'd be more comfortable with a person under 200lbs or kids. He's not very tall. something like 8 inches, so understand that this is a very small increase. But it goes well with the modern bathroom I have for my kids until they are old enough to put in a closet. If a 4 year old can figure out how to fold it up and install it you shouldn't have any problems.
