Disappointment after disappointment

In the foreword I would like to say that part of my disappointment was due to the significant delay in the delivery of the product. On arrival the powder coating was damaged with massive scratches and scuffs - I mean these are crash bars so it will still happen sooner or later but still. . .Biggest problem and reason for poor visibility. . . defective mounting screw on the engine mount connecting the guard to the engine mount and then on the other side the cross brace to the engine mount. See image. So after they were almost 100% in place I finished tightening the cross brace and guard on the motor mount when I noticed the locknut wouldn't tighten after the first few turns - took it off and tried again. . . and again . . . and again . . . and again. Eventually, I noticed that when tightening the lock nut, the mounting screw was no longer secured in the bracket and came out, making installation impossible. Do these screws need to be welded on? (I think) in place and two of the four were missing. Now I need a new motor mount from GIVI or just send it back and use SW MOTECH or ALTRIDER. I go with another brand. I would give 1 star but Revain took care of the issue. With all that has been said, I will end here. . . Be careful not to overtighten these motor mount set screws either. If you break the weld, you'll have the same problem as me. I didn't over-torque as they rotated before the lock nut was tightened, but it's definitely a bad design.
