I've had two of these which have lasted a few years and worked great. One for work and one for home. I drilled the ventilation hole in the lid a little larger to make drinking easier for you. The insulating strip comes off after a while, but that's not really a problem. When they wear out, I'll order two more. Both had the same problem with the lid gasket and one broke and tore at the bottom. Lids no longer close correctly or completely. The lid does not seem to stick or screw to the gasket. Tolerances must have changed or something, but no combination of changing lids with cups would allow the lid to stay on the cup. I sent them back.
