I like that it's easy to use, especially for smaller companies with less resources than larger organizations can afford or are willing invest in more complex solutions (e-discovery).

It is also very affordable compared even some of our competitors products we have used previously but not liked as much due its cost/performance ratio - which was too high! The interface could be improved by including an email option when you receive your results so they don't get lost somewhere else if there isn’t enough space left after all other fields etc., This helps keep track easier while managing eD discovery projects where time constraints make things difficult sometimes without this feature i would lose important information about my project progress easily because emails were deleted from memory once sent out otherwise.
