I was blown away by the really nice packaging they came in! Each lens also has its own housing. I mostly use them on the computer. I've also used them on TV. In my case, I use them as a preventive measure as most nights I do what needs to be done to get a good night's sleep (turn off devices 2 hours before bed). However, I sent another blue light blocker product to a friend who uses her devices and keeps the TV on until she goes to bed (she even has a timer for the TV so it's still on when she goes to bed goes). not sleeping well. In the night she woke up and could not go back to sleep. Once she started wearing blue light goggles, she started sleeping through the night. I suspect this will produce the same results for those who stay up all night and use devices before bed. I highly recommend it.
