It is very easy to use, it has all required features that a customer needs for an effective customer relationship management tool in just one solution without extra cost or effort. The support team are highly knowledgeable about their product as they have been working with them since day 1 of launch. They were always responsive with any questions I had during my evaluation period and quickly resolved issues when discovered later by myself after testing other competitors products available at the time. Very impressed! Their implementation process could be improved but overall great experience so far considering how new this software was around 5 years ago. We used this platform for managing our sales pipeline within multiple locations across Australia allowing us to easily assign leads from different business units onto specific reps which helped drive productivity throughout the organisation.
