In the past, when I paid little attention to my skin (other than using makeup remover and cleanser at night), I found this product useful . It helped wash away dead skin. When Covid struck and I started paying more attention to my skincare routine, my attitude towards this scrub changed. [New regime: cleanser, then moisturizer with SPF in the morning; Cleansers, toners, low doses of retinol (helps skin heal faster) and hyaluronic acid (super moisturizing) at night]. Now I find this peeling too aggressive for my greatly improved skin. Now when I use it I notice micro-scratches all over my face. You can see them in video chats - not the best kind. I will be cutting this out of my routine going forward, except for the occasional back scrub.
