I was looking forward to using my first massage gun and was excited when it arrived. Everything looked fine, nice case, useful attachments. I then tried plugging in the power adapter to fully charge it as per the manual and was surprised it didn't fit! The tip on the adapter was too big. I thought. ok, what am i doing wrong? Is there an adapter somewhere? Does the gun have a different charging port? Maybe a hidden compartment with a real charging port? No no no! I first noticed something when the manufacturer included the wrong power supply for their own product! Even worse, when Revain contacted the manufacturer, Revain refused to authorize a refund! Revain did everything right to their credit and still refunded my money. I'm always amazed at how Revain goes the extra mile for their customers. That's why I'm a Prime member and will continue to shop there. As for this company (Cryotex) - do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
