Got 4x. I could probably get 3x because it's a bit loose so the ruffles don't fit that well. My bra size is 38 HH/L. My dress size can vary from 22 to 28 depending on the brand. In inches I have 51/42/61. I'm 5'6" tall and my collarbone to groin measures about 29". I really like this costume. Here's what I think of him bit by bit: No gut control, which is a positive for me. Shorts completely cover my butt. The skirt doesn't always close up when I move, but the shorts make it a breeze. modest. The breast does NOT support, but holds the breasts in cups. I don't slip below the group or out of the lead. It just doesn't offer lift or a very large shape. (I think it's partially padded, but the fabric of the cups is shaped, gathered at the bottom, so you actually have room to fill.) The straps are adjustable. The body length of the suit is great, doesn't pull on my groin or dig into my shoulders.
