Firstly, I have a severe form of Rheumatoid Disease and Fibromyalgia so I really needed a GOOD mattress that didn't put pressure on the joints and didn't get hot. My old mattress had hybrid springs and the "pillow" was memory foam, which was great! 15 years later, not so much! I bought the queen size on Thursday and it arrived the next Tuesday - very quickly! The box was damaged on arrival but the mattress was very well wrapped in plastic and not damaged in any way. The free pillows are pretty cheap and have nothing to do with the memory foam pillow I bought a few years ago - my one-piece piece, these free pillows are foam pieces and they're not even full standard size. Stuff two into one pillowcase for a great body pillow! lol My mattress had no smell at all, expanded in 24 hours (manufacturer says 48 FYI) and sleeps like a dream! It's been a few weeks now and what's the difference - less pain in joints that have constant pain (with RD I always have pain but less pain is great), I slept maybe 2 full hours and woke up 6 full hours go from pain to sleep! I don't wake up hot - my old mattress was old hot memory foam and was driving me crazy even in the winter - this mattress doesn't seem to hold any heat at all. It's a firm mattress, if you lie on it for about 10 minutes you can feel the memory foam rocking you to sleep, although I didn't feel stuck in it - I have an easier time getting out of bed now . And the price! If this mattress only lasts 5 years, it's worth it! I recommend it to all my friends and family AND people I know with RD or other joint/back pain issues! It's been a few weeks since I received the mattress and I'm sleeping longer than I have in years! Especially recommended for people with a low income like me, a disability makes such purchases very difficult, but the price is right and the quality is great!
