My daughter needed light blue leggings for her role in the play. I didn't want to waste time traveling from store to store looking for a plain blue. ebay had these, they fit the bill and they were a good price. She wore french toast uniforms to school so I felt confident ordering them. Inexpensive leggings tend to be roomy in the waist, but these fit well and the color goes perfectly with her suit.
