Ordered light pink size 3-4 for a 30 lb 2 foot toddler. It's just too big but we ordered it as a Halloween costume and it's perfect for going out. It looks beautiful from about 10 feet away, the closer you get the more flaws you'll notice. Nothing that a little sewing can't fix, maybe embroidery or embellishments with beads, gems or lace. Considering I bought this as a costume for $17.99 and most costume stores sell junk "princess" costumes for the same price or more, I call it a win. Whether you're looking for an actual pageant dress or something with a "more finished" look that will stand up to scrutiny, double the price and look again. Note: I ordered a petticoat to wear under a dress, but it's actually very fluffy. and I don't think it's necessary.
