Review on Computer case Thermaltake Versa H18 black by Goro Suzuki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

The fact that they are all subjective does not bother me in the least. People who appreciate simplicity and portability should consider purchasing this case. Additional information regarding drawbacks: the magnetic grids have holes that are too big, so dust can easily enter the case. The acrylic window actively collects particles on itself as a result of this, which results in the formation of dust spots from the interior. Keep in mind that some people claim that rubbing acrylic with a rag causes it to become severely scratched. Drives with dimensions of 2.5 inches and 3.5 inches are secured to the enclosure using pliable rubber pads. These pads are attached to the side wall of the case and run from top to bottom in the power supply bay, respectively. The protection on HDDs measuring 2.5" functions normally; all that can be heard are their internal workings. On the other hand, when I started up the HDD 3.5", the entire room seemed to be filled with a hum, and it seemed as though the case resonated with it. It was the top mount; I didn't try it on the bottom, where it might have been more effective. On the side wall, I have both SSDs and HDDs that are 2.5 inches in size; they operate quietly and do not cause any issues. It was necessary for me to unscrew the "leg" for the ATX board, which was already installed in the case, before I could screw the mATX motherboard into place. I had to use pliers to get a good grip on it because it was so tightly tightened; as a result, the leg itself and the area under it were not painted. Because the power button is so easy to press, you will find that you are inadvertently pressing it with your foot if you intend to place the case under the table on the left. This option is not suitable for you because of this. There is a blue backlight in the form of a strip under the power button, and it can be turned on or off with the LED button that is located on the front panel of the device. Pros: The body has a straightforward design, and it is simple in style. Everything was able to fit inside, and there was nothing unnecessary or absent. The ventilation is handled effectively by the built-in fan. The metal is good, and although thick steel is not required in this situation, it is not accurate to say that parts of the body are deformed when only a light touch is applied to them.

Pros
  • Appearance, compactness, ergonomics, excellent ventilation, high-quality metal, stable rubberized legs, built-in blower fan, convenient hard drive mounts, and a large number of holes for cable management are some of the positive aspects of this product.
Cons
  • Acrylic window, useless vibration protection for HDD 3.5", useless dust protection, paint easily peels off under the screws when tightening to a high degree, and the power button is located on the top right of the case.
