Audio and video accessories are as good as can be
I had an old Sony home theater system with those stupid connectors on the back. Ordered these, ignored the colors, just plugged in front left, center, right, back left and right. The results were perfect. Completely solved problem. It has to do with those little white clips that connect the ends of the pigtails to the speaker wire. It seemed to work very well.
